The employer had not provided electrical safe work practice training to employees exposing them to electrical shock, burns, and neurological injuries.    b.  The employer did not provide training on the proper personal protective equipment to use and how to maintain it when performing electrical work.    c.  The employer did not provide training on energy control procedures sufficient for employees to properly de-energize equipment and verify it was safe to work on.
