Rooftop - On or about February 20, 2018, workers were observed working on the rooftop tracking leaks and repairing a downspout by reattaching it to the building without using fall protection and were exposed to a 35 foot fall hazard to the concrete below.

Rooftop - On or about February 20, 2018, workers were observed trying to find roof leaks in order to make repairs without using fall protection and were exposed to a 35 foot fall hazard and their employer did not provide a written training certificate. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet),
