This exposed employees to respiratory hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: (a) Absolute Waterproofing & Concrete, Inc. at 1121 North Covell Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57109: On or about and at times prior to February 27, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from chemical hazards in that the company had not implemented and maintained a written hazard communication program. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards. 29 CFR 1926.59 Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter
