29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about February 27, 2018 at 4370 Pleasant Wood Drive, Cumming, Georgia, an employee standing on the overhang, approximately 11 feet above the lower level, passing plywood sheets through the windows to the second floor was exposed to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(5): Non-locking type snaphooks were used as part of a personal fall arrest system.  On or about February 27, 2018 at 4370 Pleasant Wood Drive, Cumming, Georgia, an employee's rope lanyard was shop made and equipped with two carabineers, one on each end of the rope.  The employee was observed using the lanyard  when exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the lower level.
