29 CFR 1926.502(d)(5): Non-locking type snaphooks were used as part of a personal fall arrest system. On or about February 27, 2018 at 4370 Pleasant Wood Drive, Cumming, Georgia, an employee's rope lanyard was shop made and equipped with two carabineers, one on each end of the rope. The employee was observed using the lanyard when exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the lower level.
