29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)  Slaughter Roofing Company, at 901 through 906 Lucca Drive, Evans, CO 80620:  On and before February 27, 2018, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person.  Subcontractor employees were performing roofing activities without the use of fall protection.  This condition resulted in subcontractor employee exposure to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
