Worksite located at 3711 Southwest Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working underneath employees who were dismantling a scaffold and were not protected from impact by the use of any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: (a). Worksite located at 3711 Southwest Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were dismantling a scaffold in which the plank of the scaffold were covered in mortar and was falling on employees who were not wearing any means of eye protection.
