29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: a/ PetCo Animal Supplies.,/Cranbury, NJ Site: Warehouse Bldg -The employer did not notify OSHA within 24 hours of an incident that occurred on 02/12/2016 at his site and that resulted in an employee being admitted to the hospital for inpatient treatment. Observed on 3/01/2018 The company Petco Animal Supplies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105680, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 257 Prospect Plains Rd Cranbury, New Jersey.
