29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installation(s) 600 volts, nominal, or less were used in prohibited manners: Note:  Temporary electrical power and lighting installation(s) may only be used as specified by 1910.305(a)(2)(i)(A) through 1910.305(a)(2)(i)(C).  On or about March 1, 2018 and there prior, the employer used a red extension cord on the commercial 115 volt AVANTCO Freezer in the middle of the kitchen for greater than three months with no intentions of taking it out of service.
