On or about February 28th, 2018 at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to cuts and lacerations from flying chips while working with a Nardini-ND 1785 E lathe without guarding. c. On or about February 28th, 2018 at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to cuts and lacerations from flying chips while working with a Sure Line Co. lathe without guarding.
