29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees are exposed to a fall of 16 feet from the frame of the second floor to the ground below of a residence under construction where fall protection was not used. On or about September 28, 2017, an employee fell 16 feet to the ground and suffered serious injuries.
