Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in the work area:   The employer did not provide hazard communication training for employees performing tasks such as, welding, grinding, cleaning and maintenance operations. Employees using products, such as, but not limited to acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and titanium were potentially exposed to skin and respiratory inhalation hazards.
