29 CFR 1910.303(e)(2):  Markings on electrical equipment were not of sufficient durability to withstand the environment involved:  (a) Shop: The markings containing the manufacturer's information to include the name of the manufacturer, serial number, model, the volts, wattage and rpms on the abrasive wheel bench grinder were missing. The metal plate for the markings was in place but the wording was so worn down it could not be seen, on or about 3/5/2018. (a) Facility, Filling Station, Diked Area: The fuel storage tank containing diesel fuel was not labeled or mark with it's contents and hazards warnings, on or about 3/5/2018.
