29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 7600 Cottage Hill Drive Mobile, Alabama (Building 1 - Northwest Side): The employer failed to ensure employees using an aerial lift installing siding under the eave were not protected from potential fall hazards up to approximately thirty feet (30') in that they were not wearing fall protection and not connected to the anchor point of the aerial lift's basket.
