29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): a) At the jobsite, 83 Murtland Avenue, Washington PA, on or about March 5, 2018 - Employees wore Honeywell 7700 30L respirators with cartridges while completing Class II asbestos abatement demolition. Employees were not provided fit test prior to using tight fitting respirators.
