29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws: On or about 03/05/2018, at 15 Palm Avenue, in Palm Island, Florida, an employee was using a table saw that was not equipped with a blade guard exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.
