29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 2/27/2018 at 2350 Maitlin Way, Lot 20, Buford, GA a worker was observed performing caulk application activities on a 10/12 pitch roof exposed to a 25 foot fall hazard to the lower level where there was no fall protection in use.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level:  a. On or about 2/27/2018 at 2350 Maitlin Way, Lot 20, Buford, GA a worker was observed performing caulk application activities from an extension ladder exposed to an 8-foot fall hazard where the ladder was not secured in place while used on dirt with the anti-slip feet not in use.  b. On or about 2/27/2018 at 2350 Maitlin Way, Lot 20, Buford, GA a worker was observed performing caulk application activities from an extension ladder exposed to an 15-foot fall hazard where the ladder was not secured in place while used on dirt with the anti-slip feet not in use.  c. On or about 2/27/2018 at 2350 Maitlin Way, Lot 20, Buford, GA a worker was observed performing caulk application activities from the roof where the extension ladder used to access and egress the roof was not secured in place while used on dirt with the anti-slip feet not in use exposing the worker to a 25-foot fall hazard.
