29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) On or about 2/24/2018 - Line 1, affected employees had not been instructed on the purpose and use of the energy control procedures for equipment, such as but not limited to, the MP Equipment MP120 SS Drum Breader (Pre-dust) machine and employees were required to remove a cap from the discharge tube in order to empty flour or breading from the machine exposing them to a rotating auger.
