29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): The employer did not ensure that each circular hand-fed rip saw was guarded by a hood that completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    (a) Larry's Rentals, LLP at 804 Birch Road, Yankton, SD 57078: On and prior to March 2, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from amputation hazards in that employees operated the Ryobi BT3000 without a guard in place. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
