29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On March 6, 208, located in the west corner of storage warehouse, a portable fire extinguisher was standing upright on top of card board box and not mounted to the wall. b) On March 6, 208, located in the east corner of food prep warehouse, a portable fire extinguisher was standing upright on the floor and was not mounted to the wall.
