29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.    (a)  The lunch/break table in the shop was not kept in a clean and sanitary condition. On or about March 6, 2018, sampling of the surface dust on the lunch/break table revealed potential cadmium and lead dust contamination from adjacent glass window and painted window frame restoration activities. This exposed employees to cadmium and lead dust hazards.
