29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 03/06/2018 at the Truck Court #7 Solar Installation site, employees were receiving spools of electrical wire in the hoist area without any fall protection system in use at the guardrail opening.
