OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):   On or about 03 March 2018, the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to caught-in-between and drowning hazards:        Location: Slip BS-03, Guilford Yacht Club 379 Whitfield Street, Guilford CT  06437.     The employer did not ensure that the MudCat Multi-Function Dredge (MFD) was adequately stabilized prior to sluing the excavator arm exposing the employees to the hazard of capsizing.       On March 03, 2018, at approximately 14:20 PM, two (2) employees of Ellicott Dredge Technologies LLC (EDT) were cast into the water when the dredge they were working on capsized.
