29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about March 2, 2018, and at times prior, as controlling contractor, Perry & Sons Construction, LLC, did not ensure Hyatt Construction, Inc., protected their employees from construction hazards including, but not limited to falling and struck-by, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards.
