29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not provide respirator users with information contained in Appendix D to this section when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: At the plant located at 420 W Lincoln, Hesston, Kansas, Appendix D was not provided to employees who were permitted to voluntarily use NIOSH N95 and R95 particulate respirators while performing floor stripping operations. Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards.
