29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers did not look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: (a) Feed Line - Emba Machine: On or about March 6, 2018, the forklift operator did not insure there was a clear line of sight for the path of travel when moving a two (2) tier stack of corrugated cardboard. This exposed employees working in the area to a struck by hazard.

(a) Feed line - Emba Machine: On or about March 6, 2018, the forklift operator did not insure the two (2) tier stack of corrugated cardboard being transported was secured from falling/tipping. This exposed employees working in the area to a struck by hazard when the top tier of the stack fell while being moved.
