On or about 03/01/2018, at building 1 - fall protection was not used for employees conducting carpentry work on a 4 in 12 pitched roof, exposing the employees to a 39 feet 1 inch fall hazard. FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION AND FRAMING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 916861, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 09/20/2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT SANTOS ISLE SENIOR APARTMENTS/107 MARTIN LUTHER KING, TARPON SPRINGS, FL.
