29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On 2/14/2018, at the 351 E. Mareno St., Buford, Georgia job site, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the job site to be made by a competent person. Subcontracted employees performed framing activities at the residential home site and were exposed to fall hazards greater than 18 ft. without the use of fall protection and using pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.
