On or about March 6, 2018, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 13 feet.  The employees were installing window trim materials on a new middle school being built at 4351 Quick, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221. The employees were using an articulating lift to access the windows without wearing a personal fall arrest system.
