29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 7039 Doppel Lane (Roof Area) Mobile, Alabama: On or about March 07, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities on a high slope roof without properly tying off exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately twelve feet (12') to the ground below.  The Miguel Angel Martinez Luna was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193115, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 24632 Waterford Street (Lot# 79 Bellaton), Daphne, AL 36526.  The Miguel Angel Martinez Luna was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1188859, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 26307 & 26325 Mantelucia Way, Daphne, AL 36526.
