29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Quail Hollow Subdivision, Spaniel Drive Bldg 125 Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about February 28, 2018 the employer allowed his employee to use a pneumatic nail gun without providing him eye protection exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Quail Hollow Subdivision, Spaniel Drive Bldg 125, Spanish Fort AL: On or about February 28, 2018 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on a roof that was 18 feet 8 inches above the ground and the roof was sloped 5 on 12 without being protected from falling by a guardrail system with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
