29 CFR 1926.153(g): Liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) containers installed outside of buildings or structures were not upright upon firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured:    a) Exterior of Building - Left Side: Employees were exposed to thermal burns and struck by hazards as approximately 50 - 100 lbs LP-Gas containers were located over uneven ground covered with sheets of plywood. Some of the containers were connected by hoses onto heaters inside the building. The containers were not level and were not secured in any way, on or about 2/9/18
