29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 5500 Cottage Hill Road (Roof Area) Mobile, Alabama: On or about March 08, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities on a low-slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet (10') to the ground below.
