29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock or burns; were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about March 7, 2018, at the worksite located at 215 East 16th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, employees traveling below in the vicinity of employees using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns to perform framing tasks were not donned in head protection.  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and/or materials.    Jerry Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962661, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 226 Lake Valley Drive in Maumelle, Arkansas.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about March 7, 2018, at the worksite located at 215 East 16th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, employees standing on a top plate and window header while engaged in residential framing tasks were not donned in fall protection and were not protected from falling to lower ground.  Employees were exposed to unprotected falls of greater than 6 feet.    Jerry Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175331, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 126 Eagle Ridge in Maumelle, Arkansas.    Jerry Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962661, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final on June 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 226 Lake Valley Drive in Maumelle, Arkansas.
