The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 410 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 70 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 3/8/18.    b) Attaway Recycling LLC in Milledgeville, GA - An employee working on the primary sorting line #2 was exposed to noise at a TWA of 90.0 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 416 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 64 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 3/8/18.    c) Attaway Recycling LLC in Milledgeville, GA - An employee working on the solo sorting line was exposed to noise at a TWA of 87.5 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 422 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 58 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established  on or about 3/8/18.
