29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: Employees engaged in electrical installation activities located in the Exide Battery Plant were required to wear tight-fitting, half mask respirators, with dual cartridges and were exposed to health hazards in that the interior of respirator was found to contain 40.46 microgram of lead.
