The employee are required to access the upper level mezzanine storage area to retrieved items pertaining to the shop area such as, but not limited to ceiling tiles and any other over flow storage material items. The mezzanine area was not equipped with the standard guardrails along the open-sides of the storage area, exposing employees to a fall of 11' to lower level, on or about 03/09/18.
