29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a. 4890 Hammond Industrial Drive, Suite B, Cumming, GA (Upper Mezzanine Storage Area) - Employee were exposed to fall hazard. The employee are required to access the upper level mezzanine storage area to retrieved items pertaining to the shop area such as, but not limited to ceiling tiles and any other over flow storage material items. The mezzanine area was not equipped with the standard guardrails along the open-sides of the storage area, exposing employees to a fall of 11' to lower level, on or about 03/09/18.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. 4890 Hammond Industrial Drive, Suite B, Cumming, GA (Throughout Shop) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard. The fire extinguishers throughout the shop were not mounted and/or labeled/identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 03/09/18.
