On or about March 6, 2018, workers were conducting framing operations on the 13 acre, multi-family apartment complex without frequent and regular safety inspections being conducted on the site where serious hazards exist, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to falls, inhalation of crystalline silica, struck by flying objects and stepping on protruding nails.
