29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Construction Site: On or about March 03, 2018, an employee was observed removing concrete block while standing on a wood pallet supported by a JLG forklift. This condition exposed the employee to struck-by and fall hazards.
