This was most recently observed at 201 S 2nd St, Beatrice, Nebraska on March 9, 2018 when the following drill presses were observed being used without guarding around the rotating chuck.    a. This was most recently observed at 201 S 2nd St, Beatrice, Nebraska on March 9, 2018 when employees were operating a radial arm saw that did not have a guarding device installed to protect from contact with the spinning blade.
