On or about March 09, 2018 near the intersection of Petco and Target, where employees were exposed to atmospheric hazards when working at approximately 18 ft. inside a 4X4 ft. tunnel along a sewage pipe without testing quantitatively the internal atmosphere for carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and other toxic gases, dusts, vapors, mists, and fumes as often as necessary to ensure that the permissible exposure limits prescribed in 1926.55 are not exceeded. .
