29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:     (a)   Saint Aubyn Homes, LLC at 557 Capitol Reef Ct., Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before March 7, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure the framing subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was engaged in sheeting the top level roof on a single family residential home with a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet without the use of a fall protection system.      (b)   Saint Aubyn Homes, LLC at 563 Capitol Reef Ct., Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before March 7, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure the framing subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was engaged in sheeting a second level roof on a single family residential home with a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet without the use of a fall protection system.      (c)   Saint Aubyn Homes, LLC at 572 Capitol Reef Ct., Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before March 7, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure the framing subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that two employees were engaged in sheeting the second level floor on a single family residential home with a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
