29 CFR 1926.760(c)(1): Each employee working at the leading edge in a CDZ was not protected from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet (9.1 m), whichever is less: On or about March 9, 2018, at the jobsite employees observed installing metal deck on top of a building more than 30 feet to lower level were wearing fall arrest harness but not tying off. The employees were exposed to fall hazards.
