29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. Material staging area: A Leviton ground-fault circuit-interrupter receptacle used to supply power to a Hilti UD 30 corded drill was defective, and there was no assured equipment grounding conductor program to protect the employee who used the drill. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.
