29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about March 13, 2018, at Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. Alexandria, LA plant, the employer failed to ensure that the written hazardous energy procedures included procedures to lockout/tag out equipment such as the two aeration blowers and the dust collector. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of amputation.
