This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO, the employer failed to provide or make use of personal protective equipment such as but not limited to cut resistant gloves, forearm sleeves and body aprons for the employee(s) trimming flashing from the plastic pallets.  Due to the employer failing to provide a cut resistant apron, an employee received a sharp cut into their thigh causing a severe injury.
