A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors. a) Storage/Warehouse department - On or about 3/13/2018, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were able to open the exit door from inside at all times when exit route door was locked from inside.
