29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: (a) On or about March 14th, 2018 and for times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards as standing urine was in the toilet due to the fact that the toilet didn't flush in the vicinity of 2227 Morrison Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
