A written hazard communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable: 1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals used in the workplace; 2. Labeling of chemicals; 3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees; 4. Training; 5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace.
