Employees did not have access to running water to wash hands.

29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months: 1) Shop Area: On or about March 14, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the annual crane inspection on the Southern Monorail one ton crane serial 8049 has not been conducted. Employees were using the crane that was shooting out sparks and missing the safety latch on the hook. 2) Shop Area: On or about March 14, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the annual crane inspection on the Southern Monorail one ton crane serial 8048 has not been conducted. The employees used the crane to hoist equipment.
