29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): The employer did not assure that portable fire extinguishers were subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) Vehicle Maintenance Shop, where employees would evacuate the building in the event of a fire, annual inspections were not conducted for fire extinguishers including: 1. The Amerex fire extinguisher located adjacent to the bench grinders was equipped with an inspection tag dated January 2016. 2. The Amerex fire extinguisher located adjacent to Bay 1 was equipped with an inspection tag dated December 2014. 3. The Amerex fire extinguisher located adjacent to Bay 7 was equipped with an inspection tag dated December 2014. 4. The Amerex fire extinguisher located adjacent to entrance to the office was equipped with an inspection tag dated January 2016.
